It's cold, dark, and damp. All I hear is the hooting of owls and the chirping of crickets. Darkness seeps through the leaves and encloses around me. I am lost, trapped, and alone. Everywhere I turn is a dead end. I begin to listen harder to the sounds of the night. Howls, hoots, adn scampering echo throught the night. I think of my family; safe and warm; sitting around a table eating dinner by the brightness of a candle.
Apparently, the woods are not a very nice place to be in the dark. I like how it goes from the woods to eating dinner with your family.
